Here's What We're Having This Week:
Monday // Simply Seared Scallops with Cheesy Sweet Potato Crisps and Creamy Garlic Broccoli
Tuesday // Shrimp Tacos with Cilantro Lime Sauce
Wednesday // Store Bought Rotisserie Chicken with Baked Herb and Parmesan Potato Slices
Thursday // Left over Rotisserie Chicken with Vegetable Tian
Friday // Parmesan Crusted Grouper (adapted) with Pasta with Zucchini, Tomatoes, and Creamy Lemon-Yogurt Sauce
Saturday // White Cheddar Chicken Pasta

A few of these meals were on last week's meal planner as well, but didn't end up making the cut (restaurants for the win) so they have been pushed to this week. Also, I nearly scheduled seafood for every day this week then had to go back and mix it up with some chicken dishes. Apparently, I'm in the mood for ocean dwellers.

Also, if my husband could change one thing about me, I think it would be for me to make breakfast every day.  Well, that's just not going to happen, let's be real! So, to compromise, I'm going to *try* and make myself get up Saturday morning and make him these Cranberry Pancakes. Emphasis on try.
