You guys. We've gone paleo. I know. It's crazy. Except actually it's not. I love Paleo because it takes you back to the basics - the roots of food.

I recently finished another Advocare Cleanse, during which I stuck to a really strict Paleo/Advocare diet. So strict, in fact, that I cut fruit for the last two weeks and started getting REALLY tired of eating veggies for every snack. Enter: Paleo Pumpkin Muffins (a.k.a. my snack-boredom lifesavers.) Now, I feel I need to give full disclosure: as soon as this cleanse was over, my husband and I decided to go Paleo 80/20. (That means two no-rules meals a week.) Don't check my math on that.  Ok. Now that we've cleared the air, let's get to the recipe. 

I in no way created these muffins (let's remember that I'm still a Paleo newbie and didn't even know that coconut flour was a THING) so I'm not going to post the recipe here.
